• Real-time carrier-calculated rates based on size, weight, and destination for transparency.

• Customs and Duties (International):

• Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

3. Processing Times

• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order guitars may take 4–6 months before shipment.

• Customers receive tracking information once the order ships.

4. Packaging and Handling

• Guitars are shipped in padded, hard-shell cases and double-boxed to ensure protection.

• Insurance is included to cover damage or loss during transit.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• No shipping to P.O. boxes for guitars (due to size restrictions).

• International shipping may exclude certain countries based on carrier restrictions or high-risk areas.

6. Damage and Claims Policy

• Customers must inspect packages upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

• Provide photos of the damage to expedite claims with the carrier.

• Replacement or repair options depend on insurance coverage.

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted per our 30-day Return Policy (see policy page for details)

• Guitars must be in new, unplayed condition with all original packaging.
